Coinbase Custody is considering adding 30+ more assets to its platform

Coinbase custody, a subsidiary of the Coinbase cryptocurrency exchange has announced a set of coins and digital assets it is set to provide custody support for provided regulatory approval in defined jurisdictions permit.

The famous custodian of the crypto exchange Coinbase announced more than thirty new cryptocurrencies for listing. Coinbase Custody is studying 37 new coins for listing. This was announced by the exchange in its official blog.

The new tokens include not only the market assets of decentralized finance (DeFi), but also analogues of Bitcoin in the Ethereum network. As part of Coinbase Custody’s development, custodians are also exploring ways to serve more institutional clients in the Asia-Pacific region, the exchange said.

New tokens for listing on Coinbase Custody include: Aave (AAVE), Amp (AMP), Ampleforth (AMPL), Ankr (ANKR), ArCoin (ArCoin), Audius (AUDS), Barnbridge (BOND), BitTorrent Token (BTT), Centrifuge (RAD), Conflux Network (CFX), Curve (CRV), DFI. Money (YFII), Elrond Gold (EGLD), JUST, JUST Stablecoin (USDJ), Meta (MTA), MovieBloc (MBL), mStable (MUSD), Neo (NEO), Nervos (CKB), Nexus Mutual (NXM), NKN (NKN), NuCypher (NU), Ontology (ONT), Paxos Gold (PAXG), Paxos Standard (PAX), Reserve (RSV), Reserve Rights (RSR), Request Network (REQ), Skale (SKL), SUN Token (SUN), tBTC (TBTC), Terra (LUNA), The Graph (GRT), Tron (TRX), VeChain (VET), WING (WIN) and Wrapped Bitcoin (WBTC).

Despite its extensive asset list, the exchange stresses that the decision to support any asset for a custodian listing will require extensive technical clearance and may require "regulatory approval in some jurisdictions".
